Zumba® Gold takes all the excitement from the original Zumba® class and introduces it to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and the other special populations that may need modifications to benefit from Zumba®.

With it offering Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, and Rock and Roll rhythms, Zumba® Gold guarantees the usual... the best time of your life... but in a safe, well-paced and effective format.

Zumba® Gold is about much more than a total body workout. The fitness party experience of Zumba® Gold is a celebration; it takes life, distills it, multiplies it, wraps it in a bow, and gives it to you!  It is pure Joy.

This fitness class will get kids moving to Salsa, Merengue, Latin Hip-Hop and more! Zumba® North Instructors will walk-through the steps and the kids will be dancing and having fun all while being active.

As individual Official Zumba® Instructors, we each have created and agreed to an important mission: to take an active role within our community. In addition, also help the younger generations take a proactive approach in developing a healthy lifestyle, becoming more fit, plus build greater self-esteem and personal self-confidence.

Zumba® North in-school programs aim to meet the goals mentioned above, plus help combat inactivity amongst both students and staff. Such programs include:

• Zumba® Fitness pragrams tailored for secondary schools.
• Six to eight-week midday or after-school Zumba® sessions for students.
• Six to eight-week midday or after-school Zumba® sessions for teachers and staff.
